For Prospective Applicants for one of our properties, please review the "Tenant Screening Criteria" to see if you would qualify!  If you qualify,
we would love to setup an appointment with you to view any one of these fine homes.
If you think you would qualify and would like to submit an application, please print out the "Application For Rental", and fill out all information.  It
is very important that you print legibly and accurately.  We will be happy to discuss your application when you view the property.  We charge a
$50.00 non-refundable application processing fee for credit, criminal, and background checks.  Please have a money order or cashiers check
for $50.00 made out to Property Management Specialists to submit along with your application.  We will take your application and have it
processed, which normally takes two business days.

IF YOU ARE A CURRENT TENANT OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS, WE
ASK THAT YOU REGISTER BELOW.  YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REVIEW YOUR RENTAL ACCOUNT, SEND E-MAILS, AS
WELL AS SUBMIT AND REVIEW WORK ORDERS.

AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION, THE SYSTEM WILL E-MAIL YOU A
TEMPORARY PASSWORD;  ONCE THE SYSTEM HAS ADDED YOU TO THE PROGRAM,
YOU WILL THEN BE ABLE TO SIGN IN.  AFTER YOU SIGN IN, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD.

REMEMBER, THE SYSTEM UPDATES EVERY EVENING AT APPROXIMATELY 4PM.  
AFTER THIS TIME, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE ANY CHANGES FOR THE DAY.
