If you think you would qualify and would like to submit an application, please print out the "Application For Rental", and fill out all information.  It is very important that you
print legibly and accurately.  We will be happy to discuss your application when you view the property.  We charge a $50.00 non-refundable application processing fee
for credit, criminal, and background checks.  Please have a money order or cashiers check for $50.00 made out to Property Management Specialists to submit along
with your application.  We will take your application and have it processed, which normally takes two business days.
